The lot area for individual buildings must be sufficient to allow enough space for the structure and other essential activities such as parking. In addition there must be Physical Planning and Development Authority provision for convenient access for pedestrians, natural light, privacy and ventilation. The required minimum lot size varies and depends on the area, as seen below.

Cottonhill, Portsmouth - 5,000sqft
Grand Savannah - 7,000sq.ft
Picard - 5,000sqft

Warner - 10,000 sq. ft.
